UK Delivery is by tracked and signed for Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8, First Class Signed For delivery at £6 or Second Class Signed For delivery at £4.50.

Please note that Second & First class Signed For delivery options are now only insured up to the value of £20 if the parcel were to go missing.

Most items which are in stock can be delivered to the U.K within 7 days. Made to order jewellery usually of the items you see in the online shop has a delivery timeframe of 2-3 weeks and bespoke pieces 8-12 weeks. If you require International delivery costs and timescales, please get in touch.

If you have a specific date or deadline that you need to meet then please get in touch as I will always do my best to get the item to you in time.

packaging

Your jewellery will arrive in a Cathy Sutherland Jewellery branded presentation box with a business card and a care card.

If you are sending the item as a gift directly to the recipient, then please use the contact form to let me know, as I can include a personalised message from you.

My presentation boxes come from the Tiny Box Company who use recycled card to make their boxes. This box will then be delivered to you in a brown postal box with tissue paper inside to protect the jewellery packaging.

Where possible I want to help the environment by using eco-friendly ways of packaging my jewellery & reducing my use of plastic.
